At RollUpBanners.ng, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. All our print products undergo strict quality checks before they are delivered or handed over to customers.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. No Returns After Successful Delivery
Once a product has been delivered in good condition, inspected, and accepted by the customer (or customer’s representative), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
This is because our products are custom-printed and produced specifically based on each customer’s design, specifications, and approval.
2. Damage During Customer Handling
If a customer receives an item in good condition but the item becomes damaged, defective, or unusable after delivery, RollUpBanners.ng will not be liable to replace, repair, or refund the item.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Tear, crease, or fold caused after delivery
- Water damage
- Fire, heat, or sun damage
- Mishandling during transportation by the customer
- Damage caused during installation or use
- Wear and tear after usage
3. Delivery Inspection
Customers are strongly advised to inspect their order at the point of delivery.
Please:
- Check the print quality
- Confirm quantity and size
- Ensure that all items are intact and not damaged
If you have any concerns, report immediately during delivery so our team can review the issue on the spot.
4. Manufacturing Errors (Very Rare Cases)
In the unlikely event that an error is confirmed at the time of delivery, such as:
- Wrong size delivered
- Wrong artwork printed
- Incorrect quantity
- Factory defect noted immediately
RollUpBanners.ng will take full responsibility and reprint or replace the item at no extra cost.
Important: This only applies if the issue is detected during delivery, not after acceptance.
5. Digital Artwork Errors
We print exactly what is submitted or approved. We are not responsible for:
- Typographical errors on submitted artwork
- Poor resolution or blurry images uploaded by customers
- Colour discrepancies caused by uncalibrated screens
Customers should ensure their artwork is correct before printing.
6. Customized Products Are Non-Refundable
Since all products are custom-made, payments are non-refundable once production has started.
