At RollUpBanners.ng, we are committed to delivering high-quality print products that meet your expectations. Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Due to the customized nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g. incorrect design, size, or quantity).
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • There is a clear production error that differs from your approved design or order specifications.

📦 Return Window

If you are eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window may not be honored.

📧 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@rollupbanners.ng with the following:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the product and the issue
    • A brief explanation of the issue
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
  3. If your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to send the item back to our designated return address.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Orders with customer-approved design errors (misspellings, low-resolution images, etc.).
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers after dispatch.
  • Custom items that were produced accurately based on the approved mockup or specifications.

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • A replacement is not possible.
  • The order was cancelled before production began.
  • The error was caused by our team and cannot be corrected.

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

If your item qualifies for a replacement, we’ll reprint and deliver the corrected version at no extra cost.
